Raising the Standards is a sole operation in every sense of the word.
Nic Tassone, Founder of Raising the Standards, handles all aspects of our standardbred educational programs, social media channels and e-commerce store.
Nic endeavours to post parcels as quickly as possible and usually has most parcels to the LPO (a 20k round-trip) from her home within 48 hours of processing, when orders are placed Sunday-Thursday (working around the post office being closed on weekends).
Australia Post delivery times have been slowed than usual across 2020-2021, due to Covid restrictions.
Given this, we estimate it will take around 7 -14 business dayes between placing your order and it being received, depending on your location (Raising the Standards is based in Victoria).
We offer flat shipping options on all of our Standardbred Shop items. This means you pay one fee, based on the most expensive shipping fee in your cart (add 1-100 items and only pay for this most expensive flat shipping fee).
